Buy or sell your next home with Tiffany

Meet Tiffany Heeter

I fell in love with homes a long time ago, tagging along as my mom toured every new model home in town. I've been buying homes ever since, first as an investor and now as a REALTOR® with HomeSmart NEXT.

I know what it's like to move here. I grew up in Michigan, lived in Illinois, and kept homes in two states before we found Payson online and fell in love with it. Today I help buyers and sellers in Payson, Rim Country and Fountain Hills, and most of my clients are making that same kind of move.

Before real estate, I trained people for a living, so I teach as we go: in the car, over coffee and at every showing. No pressure, just clear information so you can make a move you feel good about.

What My Clients Say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

We met Tiffany at an open house in Fountain Hills when we were just starting to explore the area. At that point, we only knew we were interested in Fountain Hills, but Tiffany immediately stood out by sharing helpful comparables and demonstrating strong knowledge of the local market. ... Thanks to her insight and strategy, our offer was accepted. ... It truly felt like you became a friend throughout the process ... Your market knowledge and negotiation skills made all the difference. We would absolutely recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for a home in the Fountain Hills area.

Tiffany and her team went above and beyond when we purchased our condo! They followed through on every one of our requests, had great communication, and truly had our best interests in mind. They even coordinated some work that had to be done after closing when we had to be out of town. Thank you!
